
About the Role
· Engage and manage a travel portfolio of Entertainment, Grassroot Sports, NCAA & USport athletic programs across North America
· To provide excellent travel, event, and software services to enhance existing industry relationships and program performance
· To create growth through managing key account partnerships
· To maximize Tournkey sales by developing and maintaining relationships with industry partners.
· Improve and refine processes and procedures to maximize efficiencies
· Develop a wide range of industry skills enabling future growth and leadership opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
· Liaise with superiors to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
· Work with members of different teams to create efficiencies and growth within the team
· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
· Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
· Learn and expand offerings within the company including internal operational tools like Slack, Clickup, and Hubspot
· Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
· Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
· Other duties as required
Requirements
Establish and exceed sales goals, target accounts, and opportunities to grow the company and affiliates
Contract Management
Engage in constant operation improvements
Travel throughout Canada and the United States as required (If applicable)
Covering for colleagues where required
Engage management in the opportunity for growth and development to reach goals set up in onboarding and interviews
Some evening and weekend work required
